Plant Identification Class

How many of us have come across the most wonderful plant only to discover that we can't figure out what it is? For those of you who wish to be able to place the correct scientific name with your most treasured find, this is the class for you.  Christine Ebrahimi, botanist and plant taxonomist, has spent 30 years studying, hiking and enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest flora.  She is delighted to share her passion for plant identification with you in a two part class.  First, an evening of slides, plant family characteristics, keying strategies, terminology and flower dissecting.  This will be followed by a full day field trip to practice your new skills, or enhance those you already possess.  Feel more confident with your identification skills, share your knowledge, and have fun delving into the wonderful world of plants and their names.
